Q: Where are the coaching sessions held?
A: Due to COVID-19 all coaching sessions are currently via phone or video.
Q: Which virtual platform do you use?
A: Typically Zoom or Microsoft Teams. If you would prefer an alternative that’s no problem. You choose the platform that works best for you and/or your team.
Q: What is individual / 121 coaching?
A: Individual coaching is a confidential 1-2-1 session with Rachel. Together we explore your unique strengths and how to optimize them. Aligning your strengths with your work and career goals to improve performance and well-being.
Q: What is group coaching?
A: Group coaching is conducted with all participants present. In this session, we discuss the strengths and performance of the group. This is an interactive session to identify areas of celebration and focus. We explore how to use strengths more effectively as individuals and as a group. This is an opportunity to explore specific challenges and opportunities that the group is facing and how utilizing strengths can positively impact performance and well-being.
Q: How do I make changes to my booking (dates, times, participants)?

A: The minimum number of raters required is 4. The maximum number of raters is 15.
