I believe we’re all on a quest for authenticity and happiness and our work has a huge role to play in this. When we find fulfillment and excel at what we do we are able to make a greater contribution and this has a positive impact on all of those around us.

I love all things hospitality and was fortunate to build my career in a sector packed full of amazing talent and energy.
I have a particular interest in womens leadership development, utilizing strengths and developing resilience. When women fulfill their potential, everyone benefits.
My work is influenced by current research, professional training and my commitment to continued professional development. I am certified by The University of Cambridge, a Member of The European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) and an accredited Strengthscope Practitioner.
I am an avid reader, and I enjoy cooking and eating fabulous food. I love yoga and can often be found hiking in the Peak District or in the boxing gym on rainy Manchester days.
